RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Customer service is paramount to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will cover shipping on exchanges and returns. Merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached, within 6 weeks of reciept.

Include your name, order number and item being returned/exchanged. Please include the reason you are unsatisfied with your order, so we can best serve your needs. We love our customers and want you to feel good about every purchase!
WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE? HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Returning/Exchanging an Online Purchase
Once your email is received:
- You will receive a return address slip, emailed from Stamps.com. You have 24 hours to print this slip.
- Print out your slip and place on the original Chocolate Milke Packaging. If you no longer have the packaging, use a package that is similar in weight (our shipping is done by weight...if you use a heavy box, we won't receive the return.)
- Tape up your envelope securely and drop in the USPS mail.
- This return process is only offered for orders within the USA.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once your package has been received, your exchange will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of us receiving your original item. For returns, your refund will be processed within seven business days.
